The Eastern Landlords Association this year, 2014 celebrates its 25th anniversary of supporting and advising private sector landlords.
Like so many organisations, the first meetings were in a pub – in what is now The Sir Garnet, in The Market Place, Norwich.
Twenty five years ago, in 1989 a group of Norwich Landlords met and founded a group, The Norfolk and Norwich Landlords Association. The meetings were then moved to The Assembly Rooms, and after the fire there in 1995 moved to the Masonic Lodge in St Giles, Norwich.
In 2009 we agreed to work with Drayton Insurance Services and offer a special residential landlords policy to all of our members with preferential cover and discounts available.
